WAR2Glory has a new ticketing system!

Any problems or questions in game can be reported to us via email.

When you send us an email, a ticket will automatically be created in our ticket system and we will reply to it as soon as possible.
You will receive an automatic reply from the ticket system, letting you know your ticket ID and what information we need in order to help you further.
If you have additional information to add to the ticket, you simply reply to the automatic reply, without editing the subject line. Your additional information will then be added into your ticket and we will be able to support you much faster.

You can make sure to speed up the response time by giving your ticket one of the following subject lines from the start, doing so will help us filter the tickets to the relevant department:
